Joint Commissioning of Legal Advice Services - the Councils of Gloucestershire and the Legal Services Commission intend to tender for, and jointly fund, a new Community Legal Advice Network. The aim of the Network will be to ensure that clients are able to get advice and assistance with their civil legal problems from one easily accessible and identifiable source. The advice provided will include advice on debt, housing, welfare benefits, employment law, and community care. Pivotal to the success of the Network concept is the intention to design services around people's needs.
