Your circumstances change - If your circumstances have changed, please complete the boxes below and click on the "send" button.  We will then contact you and give you advice on what to do next.

You need a claim form to apply for benefit - The quickest and easiest way to apply for Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Rebate is to apply on-line using our eform. Click here to be taken to our eform.|  At the end of the form submit your information and you will be asked to provide evidence to support your claim.

However, if you wish to make a claim for Housing Benefit or Council Tax Rebate on a paper form, please complete the boxes below and click on the "send" button.  We will then send you an application form, information leaflet and reply paid envelope to save postage costs.
