You and/or your consultancy team can meet with the Development Team, if necessary on a regular basis, to consider the opportunities and constraints on your site and how to maximise its potential. The team will draw upon the City Council's experts in Urban Design, Conservation, Archaeology, Highways/Transportation, Land Contamination, Drainage, Development Control and Building Control amongst others. The DTA's aim is to ensure that you receive the necessary advice and guidance when required to enable you to move forward from a proposal to development as smoothly and quickly as possible.
