You need to apply in person at the City Council offices at Herbert Warehouse at The Docks between 8.45 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

On arrival, simply take a ticket at Customer Services and wait to be called over by a member of our staff. You will need to provide documentary evidence to show that you qualify. You will be asked for a few details and your photo will be taken.

Your travel card will be issued straight away. Your card is then ready for use.

From 1st April 2008, you will automatically receive a new national card if you are a current pass holder. If you are a new applicant after 1st April 2008 you will need to apply in person at the City Council offices as above.
