The Guildhall Network is a Business and Community Members’ Scheme, aimed at Gloucestershire-based organisations, which enables members to receive a discount on ticket prices for films at the county’s liveliest and most diverse venue, Gloucester Guildhall. It’s a great perk for the staff of the organisations who sign up and is our way of giving something back to the companies that make Gloucester what it is.
Is my organisation eligible?
If you are a Gloucestershire-based organisation and have a company number, charity number or
similar then YES!
What do I have to do?
For you and your employees or members to qualify for a concessionary rate on film screenings all you need to do is provide us with a contact email address of someone who is able to circulate our monthly listings email around your organisation via an “all staff” email or similar.
What do my staff get?
A discounted rate on all film screenings at just £4.50 per ticket.
If I buy more than one ticket do I get each one at a discounted rate?
No. The discount is only valid for members of the scheme – proof of eligibility will be required when booking or collecting tickets.
What proof of eligibility is accepted?
We need to know that the customer claiming a discount works for an organisation that has signed up to the scheme. A staff ID badge, membership card or branded payslip is best – just let us and your staff know your preferred form of ID. We can also accept lists of names if you have around 30 staff or less and no ID badges or similar.
