Age Limits & Licensing Rules
Live events and cinema showings in this brochure carry age limits. We advise that under 18s should be accompanied by an adult. Photo ID (Passport or Photo Driving Licence) will be required for events with age restrictions.
Seated or Standing Events
Both our Theatre and our Cinema can be set up for seated or standing events. Film screenings that take place in the Cinema are seated. Many of our music events are standing concerts, though some will feature seating. Most of our comedy events are seated. We will show if an event is seated or standing in our listings.
Facilities for Disabled People
Wheelchair access is available to the box office, cinema, theatre, galleries, cafe bar, and toilets from the lift at our Eastgate Street entrance. We are pleased to offer a FREE ticket to any personal assistant accompanying a disabled person. Please advise the box office in advance if we can do anything to make your visit easier. An induction loop to assist the hard-of-hearing is available in our cinema and theatre.
Collecting Tickets
Tickets purchased online for events at Gloucester Guildhall are held for collection at the Box Office, at its entrance in Eastgate Street. We do not post out tickets that are purchased online as any tickets that are lost in the post cannot be replaced. Customers can collect their tickets on the night of the event or in advance during our normal box office opening hours if this is more convenient.
