Fun for all ages, great for keeping fit, Egyptian Belly Dancing is a weight- bearing excercise which helps to prevent the onset of osteoporosis by keeping your spine supple and flexible. Hazel Kayes teaches all styles of Arabic dance (classical, folk, traditional, modern and cabaret) with a great sense of fun and enjoyment. Beginners and intermediates alike welcome.
