Lunchtime Tai Chi

Feeling stressed? Wipe out the week’s anxieties with this ancient Chinese system of movement. Tai Chi was developed thousands of years ago by Taoist monks to relax, centre the energies, make the body supple and sharpen the mind. Beginners and people with limited mobility are welcome; the more experienced can perfect their technique. Classes will now run all year in 5-week terms with a week off in between. Wear loose clothing.
