We are fortunate to have such a dedicated team of volunteers. The museum has benefited greatly thanks to their generosity with their time, skills, and knowledge. Among their many achievements is an inventory of over 100,000 museum objects ranging from large paintings to tiny fossils. However, there is still plenty to be done, especially among the archaeological collections, and on the computer.
If you would like to become a regular volunteer, please contact Angela Smith at the museum. You don't have to have specialist knowledge and we will train you in the skills necessary for a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.
