Victorian Toys - In the Museum

All of our sessions and loans boxes relate to objects and themes covered in our galleries. Therefore to get the most out of your visit to the Museum we recommend that you spend time with your class exploring the objects and scenes in our galleries. This could be done while another group is having their taught session or after your own session.

To help with this we have a series of worksheets, gallery trails and points to talk about that directly relate to the topics you have been exploring. Please feel free to make as many copies of these sheets as you need and alter them in any way that better suits your class and their leaders.

Museum staff are always on hand and more than happy to tell you more about our displays or answer any questions about particular topics or objects. If you have a query, please ask – we are always happy to help. Contact our Lifelong Learning & Access Officer on 01452 396139 or by emailing: sarah.orton@gloucester.gov.uk|
