The Centre of Gloucester is closed to traffic with the following exceptions:
1) Delivery vehicles before 10am and after 5pm, and
2) Construction vehicles, where the vehicle is required to do the work. A permit must be obtained from the City Council by applying in person to 4th floor reception in Herbert Warehouse
Other activities allowed in the City Centre are:

3) Street Trading - by permission - contact 01452 396271 or the docks office for a street trading factsheet.
