The new garden waste collection service replaces the existing free service and is available to all residences in Gloucester City at a cost of just £36 per bin per year or £18 per bin per year for housing and council tax benefits recipients.
This fee will be payable in advance by:

Payment in full using debit/credit card

Direct Debit annually

Direct Debit payment over a six month period
If you are applying for a concessionary rate you may be asked to provide evidence of eligibility, please ensure you have your details to hand.
Completing the online application form for the garden waste service
Please note, we will use the address you input into the online application form, for delivering the service i.e., we will empty the garden waste bin from this address. If you are ordering for more than one person, at different addresses, then you need to complete the online application form for each address.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you signed up before the end of September 2011 and have a purple coloured sticker on your bin your subscription is not due for renewal until September 2012.

Please note, for payment by credit card, there will be a surcharge of 1.8%. This equates to 65 pence on £36.
Pay by direct debit
Payment by direct debit is currently unvailable online.
To pay by direct debit annually or over a six month period, please download, print and complete the two forms below, and return by post.
