The Welfare Rights Take-up forms part of the Benefits, Investigations and Welfare Rights Services at Gloucester City Council has helped a lot of people claim the benefits they are entitled to, but had not been claiming.
The aim of the campaign is to reduce poverty in the City and to increase income levels in the poorest households in the City.
