Since 21st February 2018 we are now operating a Universal Credit full service in Gloucester. If
you need to make a new claim for benefits or tax credits you may need to make a

Reception will be closed on the last Wednesday of every month for staff training. The training days are to help keep staff up to date with all the latest advice and information so that we can provide the best possible service to our residents. Anyone who needs to contact the Council on these days should email firstname.lastname@example.org. Residents who need emergency assistance should call 01452 396220 or for emergency housing assistance please call 01452 396538 (9-5pm).
