The city's market tradition lives on with the Eastgate Indoor Market in The Mall, The Cherry & White Market (Fridays and Saturdays) in King's Square and the Farmers' Market (Friday) at The Cross.
Cherry & White Christmas Markets will take place on Friday 12th & 19th December from 9am until 4pm. Local charities, churches, schools, playgroups and organisations will be trading alongside the Cherry & White Market raising money for their chosen worthy causes. Gloucester City Council has provided the covered stalls free of charge.
The Eastgate Indoor Market goes from strength to strength and now has an organic fruit and veg stall with produce from Over Farm Market, and a new and used babywear stall.
Hempsted Meadows Car Boot Sales and Markets are held every Wednesday and Sunday, and the Cherry & White Market will also be open daily in King's Square from December 19th to 24th for all those last minute extras!
