The Mulberry room and The Willows tea room at The Arbor
The rooms at the Arbor provide a tranquil yet modern setting for family and friends to gather and celebrate the life of a loved one. We offer a bereavement coffee morning every Wednesday, please click here (PDF, 5.4 MB) for more information.
The Mulberry room is available for groups of 30 – 80 and is fully equipped with a multimedia system so that you can play music and images of your choice. The layout is flexible and can be configured in a variety of ways and also has a fully licensed bar.
The willows tea room can also cater for a private function for 30 people should our mulberry suite be already catering for another family. Choosing this option will ensure that the tea room is closed to the general public.

The Willows tea room - a place to reflect
The Willows tea room is a warm and friendly setting for all visitors to Coney Hill, providing hot and cold refreshments.
You are provided with a choice of freshly-brewed coffee and a wide choice of fruit & herbal teas in addition to a selection of delicious handmade cakes. Alternatively you can enjoy a refreshing, chilled drink.
The Willows also provides a delicious range of freshly-made soup, sandwiches and jacket potatoes, for those requiring something a little more substantial. .
We also provide highchairs and baby changing facilities and would be happy to heat any baby food if required.
Opening hours are:
- Monday - Friday 10am to 4pm
- Closed on Saturdays and Bank Holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day
