Gloucester Heritage Forum open day
On Saturday 28th March a special open day event brought together by the Gloucester Heritage Forum will be held in the Gloucester Folk Museum garden.
The Gloucester Heritage Forum (The GHF) brings together all people working in the heritage sector in Gloucester, who are in the process of working through or towards applications to the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF).
This event aims to showcase all current Gloucester-based HLF projects with an opportunity for the public to come along and view how those projects are proposed to take shape.
There will be staff on hand from the Gloucester City Museum, Gloucester Folk Museum, Gloucester Cathedral, St Mary de Crypt, Artshape, Gloucester Waterways Museum and The Churches Conservation Trust, amongst others.
Cllr Paul James, "This is a great opportunity for visitors to have their say and give feedback to the individual projects that will help shape the final proposals. We welcome everyone to come along and talk to staff about future projects in Gloucester."
As the event falls on the same weekend as the Gloucester Resident's Weekend (27th – 29th March) the event is free to attend.
