Housing Monitoring

Each year Gloucester City Council monitors the number of housing completions and records the amount of land remaining for development. Effective monitoring helps to identify whether Local Plan policies are successful in delivering housing requirements.

Employment Monitoring

Each year Gloucester City Council monitors the amount of available, committed, and the planned employment land and its associated take-up in the City. Effective employment land monitoring helps to identify whether Development Plan policies are successful in delivering employment requirements.
