Complaints Procedure

At Gloucester City Council we need you to tell us how we are doing, whether good or bad, so we can review what we do, change the way we work and strive to deliver excellent customer service.

We would also like your suggestions on how we could do things better. You can talk to us in many ways and this form is one way. We will treat all information with care and in confidence.

You can give us your feedback in different ways. Our new How we handle your complaint leaflet will help you to understand how we process your feedback.
