May 2021 Elections
On 6 May 2021, Gloucester City Council held elections for all 39 of the City Council’s seats, Quedgeley Town Council and for the Police and Crime Commissioner for Gloucestershire, all of which were postponed from May 2020 due to the Covid19 pandemic. The planned elections for Gloucestershire County Council were held at the same time and the City Council manages the elections for the Gloucester Divisions.
Jon McGinty, Returning Officer for Gloucester, was the Police Area Returning Officer for the Police and Crime Commissioner election in Gloucestershire.
