My Gloucester portal
The My Gloucester portal is ideal to use if you do not have a mobile or tablet. You do need to register for the portal before you can use it, but by registering you can access a wider range of features. If you've already registered for the My Gloucester App, the log in details will be the same.

We have added our top most reported forms first and will be building more forms as we develop the app. Select the tile detailing what you want to report, then select location/take photo etc.
Will enable you to contact us through the App/Portal and will list all the other different contact methods you can reach us. This includes our main telephone number, email address, and social media accounts.
Shows details of all the reports you have sent to us with their status and attachments and messages received.
This provides names and contact details for Gloucester City councillors.

We have added our most requested services first and will be building more forms as we develop the app. Select the tile you can request a new recycling box, apply for ANPR parking, inform us that you are a new resident or ask us to remove a bin.

Know my bin day
This will tell you your next Waste & Recycling collection dates. Once registered on the portal or the App we can send you an email to remind you which bin to put out each week.
Other areas being considered for future development:
- Sending Photos back to customers to show the job has been completed.
- Sending information to customers about bin collections for example details of why their bin has not been emptied or advising bin delivery problems
