Local Enforcement Plan Consultation
Gloucester City Council is currently carrying out a public consultation on a Draft revised Local Enforcement Plan which runs from 10 February to 24 March 2022.
The Local Enforcement Plan sets out the council’s policy and procedure for dealing with reports of alleged breaches of planning control and handling planning enforcement issues. It identifies local priorities for enforcement action so that the council’s enforcement resources are put to the best use in dealing with breaches of planning control.
The current Local Enforcement Plan was adopted in 2015 and is therefore due for renewal.
