The Arbor is currently closed today (26 April) but will be open as normal on Monday 29 April. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Strategic and Local Plan
The Strategic and Local Plan (SLP) is a partnership between Gloucester City Council, Cheltenham Borough Council and Tewkesbury Borough Council, that will provide an overarching planning strategy, cross-boundary strategic policies covering the whole area, and local policies for each local authority.
Once adopted the SLP will replace the Gloucester City Plan 2021-2031 and the Joint Core Strategy 2011-2031.
