Master Plan 2026

Gloucester’s Master Plan sets out to provide a strategic city centre and city-wide framework for development and regeneration.

What key changes can we make to improve the experience in the city? This pop-up is a chance for you to tell us what is important to you. Whether its your business, customers, communities or cycle routes, greenspaces, the countryside, we want to hear your thoughts and opinions.

The Master Plan community pop-up is an opportunity to speak to the team. To share your thoughts, ideas and priorities for the city.

Your feedback will help inform the future development of Gloucester, the places where people live, work, visit and spend time.

The event is being held on Saturday 19 September 2026 between 10am and 4pm, at St Michael’s Tower, at The Cross, Gloucester.

If you are unable to attend, there will be alternative opportunities for you to engage with Gloucester’s Master Plan. There will be a six-week consultation with the public from Monday 12 October to Monday 23 November 2026.
