Report a Change

You’ll need to tell us immediately if anything changes that may affect how much Business Rates you pay or discounts you receive such as:

• If you move into or move out of a business rated property
• The nature of your business has changed
• You own a property that has become occupied or is now empty
• The property is structurally altered
• If you occupy another business property, or if you occupy a property in another local authority area and the rateable value is increased

To tell us of any other changes that affect your Business Rates bill please contact us at BR@gloucester.gov.uk . You must include the Business Rate account reference number in your email to us and the word reference in the subject of your email. For example 'Reference [Your Business Rate number]'
