If you are eligible and pay your Council Tax by Direct Debit, we will pay the £100 into your bank account automatically.
If you do not pay by Direct Debit, you can set up a Direct Debit and manage your Council Tax online. This will help you receive the payment automatically and as quickly as possible.
Eligible households that do not pay by Direct Debit will be able to apply for the £100 payment.
We will publish details about how to apply when they are confirmed. You do not need to contact us now.
There will be a separate discretionary scheme for people who cannot get the £100 payment.
