Vehicle seizure notices

We are authorised to seize vehicles suspected of involvement in waste-related offences, such as fly-tipping. Details of all seizures must be published on our website within one working day.

We can hold seized vehicles for 14 working days while we investigate.

If we have started a prosecution, we may keep the vehicle for the duration of the prosecution.
