Gloucester Landlords Forum
Gloucester City Council recently hosted its inaugural Gloucester City Landlord forum and Consultation event on 2 April 2026, bringing together landlords, managing agents and partners to discuss current and emerging issues in the private rented sector, including the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, energy efficiency, and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs). Landlords can access Council updates and resources on our Renters Rights Act 2025 webpages, including Advice and Support: For Landlords.
Landlords should also ensure they are ready for key Renters’ Rights Act requirements, including providing tenants with the official Renters’ Rights Act Information Sheet 2026 where applicable, and understanding the new requirement to provide written information about tenancy terms in the circumstances set out in government guidance.
