Joint-Scrutiny Panel

A Joint Scrutiny Panel has been established to provide cross-council, non-executive and non-decision making scrutiny of the process for LGR across Gloucestershire. This includes arrangements for governance, decision-making, finance, engagement, evidence and transparency.
 
The Membership of the Joint Scrutiny Panel is comprised of two Members from each of the seven Gloucestershire Councils; Gloucester City Council, Gloucestershire County Council, Cheltenham Borough Council, Stroud District Council, Cotswold District Council, Tewkesbury Borough Council and Forest of Dean District Council. It has been established by Cheltenham Borough Council as a Scrutiny Task Group.
