Order Recycling Containers
Use this service to order new or replacement:
- Green recycling boxes and lids
- Blue recycling sacks
- Food caddies
You cannot use this service if you have communal recycling facilities. Find out what you need to do if you need more recycling bins at your flat or house of multiple occupancy.

Before you start

Your property should have:
- 1 black bin or council issued domestic sack for household waste
- 2 green recycling boxes with lids (1 for glass and 1 for plastic, cans, aerosols, foil and cartons)
- 1 blue sack for card and paper
- 1 large food caddy for food waste collection
- 1 small food caddy for you to keep in your property
Your property should have:

If you are moving to or have moved into a new-build property that has never been lived in before.
You'll need to contact your developer or agent to find out:
- if they have already ordered you a full set of waste and recycling containers
- your development has an agreed waste and recycling collection point
You can only order a full set of recycling containers if your developer or agent has not placed an order with us.
