Development Control Policies
The purpose of the Development Control Policies document is to set out a number of planning policies to help determine planning applications that the City Council receives.
In light of the decision to progress the Joint Core Strategy web link – www.gct-jcs.org), further work on this document is now on hold. Previous consultation material is set out below.
