Site Allocations and Designations

The Site Allocations and Designations (Non-Central Area) document includes a number of area-based policies including modest allocations for housing, employment and mixed-use development as well as a range of area based policies including landscape, conservation areas and sites of nature conservation interest.

In light of the decision to progress a Joint Core Strategy, the Site Allocations and Designations document was stopped. Previous consultation material is set out below.
