Home Extension Guide
The City Council has published the Interim Adoption Supplementary Planning Document 'Extending Your Home' to advise property owners, their agents and designers of current best practice in the design of residential extensions. It is anticipated that this will lead to not only improvements within the environment but also greater efficiency in dealing with planning applications for residential extensions.
