Have your say on the Gloucester city masterplan
Tell us what you think of the Gloucester city masterplan, our plan for the city centre and wider city.
You can comment on the Gloucester city masterplan from Monday 12 October until 11:59pm on Monday 23 November 2026.
The masterplan sets out how we want the city centre and the rest of Gloucester to change over the next 5 to 25 years. It will guide decisions about improvements to the city.

What the masterplan proposes
We want to make Gloucester a greener, safer and better-connected city. We plan to improve the city centre and make better use of empty or unused spaces. We also want better walking, cycling and public transport links, with more trees and green spaces. The plans will celebrate Gloucester’s history and waterways.
