This will allow you to:

• view account details including payments and past bills
• set up or amend direct debit details
• change to paperless billing
• update your contact details
• apply for Small Business Rate Relief
• upload documents

How to Register

If you have not registered already, you will need the following details from your most recent business rates demand notice:

• your 10 digit billing number which starts with a 060
• the postcode of the property the bill relates to exactly as it appears on your business rate demand notice
• liable party name exactly as it appears on your business rate demand notice

You will also require an email address to register your account.
