Cyber incident (planning)

Our planning application website is currently unavailable and it is not possible to view planning application details or to submit comments through the online portal.

We are also unable to email or post plans to customers. We are working hard to address these issues and will update our website as soon as we have more information however, as the cyber incident is currently under investigation we do not currently have a timescale.

Please email if you would like to be notified when the planning application website is available.

We will extend the timescale for comments on planning applications where comments were due on or after 18 December 2021.
