Development Control Policies

The purpose of the Development Control Policies document is to set out a number of planning policies to help determine planning applications that the City Council receives.

In light of the decision to progress the Joint Core Strategy, further work on this document stopped. Previous consultation material is set out below.

 

Preferred options

The consultation was held between 30 January and 13 March 2006. The Preferred Option consultation paper and its Sustainability Appraisal can be viewed in the documents below (available on request).
