To work out your Business Rates you’ll need to know:
- The rateable value of the property
- The non-domestic rating multiplier
Business Rates are calculated as follows:
Rateable Value X National Non-domestic Rating Multiplier = Basic Business Rate amount
The amount to pay could change as a result of:
- Reliefs
- Transitional arrangements
