Friday 15th May 2026 - Recycling Update
Due to blocked access this morning, our lorries couldn't collect recycling from some properties on Bristol Road, Robinhood Street, Sidney Street and Wellesley Street.
If your recycling wasn't picked up this morning, please leave it out on Monday morning and our crews will come back and try to gain access. Note that Robinhood Street is likely to be collected on Tuesday morning.
Collections during Extreme Weather
During periods of extreme weather (hot, cold, snow, wind) waste and recycling crews may change their working hours, this could include starting their rounds earlier. Where possible please put your bin and recycling containers out the night before and leave your containers out, in cases of extreme wind / storm conditions you may be advised not to present your containers at all. Any changes to crew start times or collections will be advertised ahead of collections taking place. Please keep an eye on our website and social media pages during periods of extreme weather and bear with us as situations can quickly change.
