Waste & Recycling Updates

Unfortunately some of our recycling rounds were not completed today.
Crews tried to collect from All Saints Road and Dinely Street on two occasions today, but the roads were blocked both times. Crews will not return until the next collection day.
Vicarage Road, Hatherley Road, Massey Road, Melbourne Street East, Moor Street and Adelaide Street were not completed for operational reasons - our crews will return on Monday - please take your recycling in over the weekend, and put it back out on Monday by 7am.

Collections during Extreme Weather
During periods of extreme weather (hot, cold, snow, wind) waste and recycling crews may change their working hours, this could include starting their rounds earlier. Where possible please put your bin and recycling containers out the night before and leave your containers out, in cases of extreme wind / storm conditions you may be advised not to present your containers at all. Any changes to crew start times or collections will be advertised ahead of collections taking place. Please keep an eye on our website and social media pages during periods of extreme weather and bear with us as situations can quickly change.
